Pop meets style and Scandinavian cool restraint
DR is pleased to announce its internal selection for the upcoming EuroWhatsApp Song Contest 3, and it's doing it with a collaborative project from the critically-acclaimed Danish producer Vera and one of the most hyped emerging talents on the local RnB scene, Lord Siva.
The song itself it's called "Paris", and it's a catchy song that takes you to the Paris streets and even to London. Floating vocals, distinctive sound and a slightly feminine touch features this track, looking forward to have success in the contest and in the charts.
Vera, moniker of the producer William Asingh is best known for his work for MØ and Liss, two prominent Copenhagen artists. With this, he quickly established as one of the most interesting talents on the Danish scene.
In this innovative project for both, Lord Siva transformed Vera's sound in something new: a brittle, poppy electronic instrumental that allows Lord Siva’s delicate vocal to delve and soar in equal measure.
Be sure to follow their steps, this is the beginning of a major release during this year.
